ASSOCIATION TRANSFERS
Please be aware that anyone changing from a Club within the Greater Western Baseball Association to another Club in another Association (or vice versa) is required to complete a Baseball NSW form.

NOTE: A 24 month restriction on Representative Baseball applies for changing Clubs and Associations without any real or significant change to personal circumstances. Players may apply for an exemption for extenuating circumstances to the NSW District Administrator.
CLUB TRANSFERS
Please be aware that anyone changing from one Club to another within the Greater Western Baseball Association is required to complete a CLUB TRANSFER form.
NOTE: A 12 month restriction on Representative Baseball applies for changing Clubs within Greater Western Baseball Association without any real or significant change to personal circumstances. Players may apply for an exemption for extenuating circumstances.
LEAGUE AGE 12 WAIVER FORM
Any League Age 12 player not competing in the Little League Majors competition MUST complete the Waiver form and have it APPROVED by BASEBALL NSW prior to registration.
